Exhibitor Schedule

General Exhibitor's Schedule:
Sunday 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Monday 7:00 a.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Tuesday 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Instructions:
  • You will have access to your 6' exhibitor table on Monday morning and should plan to be ready at 7:00 a.m. when the Continental Breakfast begins.
  • Pull-up banners behind the table may be allowed, space permitting. All tables will be clothed and skirted. One chair will be provided. Tabletop exhibits are placed in the pre-function area and/or on the perimeter of general session room at the discretion of CSDA.
  • There is neither electricity nor internet provided. These items are available from the hotel for an additional cost and must be ordered by June 7. Use this Exhibitor Support Form to upgrade your exhibition space.

Exhibitors are encouraged to join attendees during meals, general sessions and breakout sessions. In addition, you can expect attendees at your exhibitor space during the following events:

Sunday, June 27

5:30 – 7:00 p.m. - Check-In & Opening Reception

*Exhibitors are welcome to attend, no display opportunities

 

Monday, June 28

8:00 – 8:30 a.m. - Continental Breakfast

10:00 – 10:30 a.m. - Networking Break

12:15 – 1:15 p.m. - Networking Lunch

3:00 – 3:30 p.m. - Networking Break

5:15 – 6:45 p.m. - Food & Wine Experience Reception

 

Tuesday, June 29

8:30 – 9:00 a.m. - Continental Breakfast

10:30 – 11:00 a.m. - Mid-Morning Break & Exhibitor Raffle

12:30 – 2:30 p.m. - Closing Lunch 

2:45 – 4:00 p.m. - Exhibition Breakdown

(All materials must be removed by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29. You may break down your exhibitor table beginning at 2:45 p.m. and NO SOONER. There are sessions going on in the room in-between these times and attendees are coming and going in the hallways, so no exhibitors will be allowed to breakdown outside of the above time.)

All Exhibitors and Sponsors will have access to the GM Leadership Summit Community including Attendee List.
