Exhibit Information

This is a tabletop exhibit only. Please confine your materials to the 6’ tabletop area. Pull-up banners behind the table may be allowed, space permitting. Linens will not be provided. Tabletop exhibits are located in the General Session Room Perimeter or the Plaza Arbor. There is neither electricity nor internet provided. These items are available from the hotel’s in-house AV for an additional cost. Placement of tables will be at the discretion of CSDA.

The Vendor Inventory Sheet must be completed and returned to tori.westergart@hyatt.com. Tracking information must be provided to the hotel no less than (3) days prior to the event to ensure packages will be placed in the vendor space in time. The hotel cannot receive packages more than (3) business days prior to the event.

Exhibitor Registration

Your tabletop registration includes one exhibitor only. Additional exhibitor registrations are available at a rate of only $690 for CSDA members and $1,380 Non-members and include all meal functions. If you would like to add an additional exhibitor, visit here.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS: Room reservations in the CSDA room block start at the rate of $229 per room per night, plus tax and fees per day. The room reservation cut-off is June 5, 2026; however, space is limited and may sell out before this date.
